Oh, but that's different. Smokers are SCUM and don't deserve to be treated like real people. It's OK to tax them.
Looks like we have to dig into what the meanings of "any form of tax increase" and "any tax" are.
Kind of reminds me of a former President who said that it depends on what the meaning of "is" is.
