Jobs created or saved in places that don't exist. That's one way to speed up an economic recovery.

As if the irrationality of the Obama administration's fictitious statistic of "jobs saved" isn't enough, now we learn that there have been jobs "created or saved" in congressional districts that don't even exist.

Below is the amount of money spent and the number of jobs created or saved in Arizona according to Recovery.gov, the website set up by the Obama administration to track federal stimulus money.

You'll notice, highlighted in yellow, money has been spent and jobs have been created or saved in places like the 15th congressional district ($761,420; 30 jobs) and the 52nd congressional district ($59,414; 7 jobs). The problem is that Arizona only has 8 congressional districts.

The figures in the 86th, 40th, 9th, 00, 78th, 38th, 11th, 29th, 36th, 50th, 25th, and 18th, as well as in the 15th and 52nd already mentioned, indicate money spent and jobs created or saved in places that don't exist.

ABC News reports that Recovery.gov also indicates money spent and jobs created or saved in nonexistent places in Oklahoma, Iowa, and Connecticut, as well as in U.S. territories such as the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

No wonder President Obama thinks the economic recovery is going so well.

California too. Almost double the number of Congressional districts than in real life.
