“Far-right Tea-bagger” leads in Massachusetts
New York Senator Charles Schumer has called Massachusetts Republican Senate candidate Scott Brown a "far-right tea-bagger." Brown, who is running against Democrat Martha Coakley in next Tuesday's special election to fill the remainder of Ted Kennedy’s term, should consider the label a badge of honor. It’s certainly not a liability.
In a new poll, Brown now leads Coakley 50% to 46%. Remember, this is in Massachusetts! This is for the seat held by Ted Kennedy since the beginning of time! This is (along with Southern California) the liberal mecca of the world.
If “far-right tea-baggers” can even be competitive in this race, imagine what they could do in other parts of the country!
